1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using EZ Asbestos App ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

EZ Asbestos App is a professional mobile application designed for asbestos surveying, compliant with HSG264 guidelines. The Service includes:

  • Mobile survey data collection
  • Offline survey capabilities
  • PDF report generation
  • Team collaboration features
  • Data synchronization and storage

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service operates on a subscription basis with the following plans:

  • Starter: £29/month for 1 user, 10 surveys
  • Professional: £79/month for 5 users, 50 surveys
  • Enterprise: £199/month for unlimited users and surveys

All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection laws:

  • Survey data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • You retain ownership of all survey data
  • Data is stored securely in UK-based servers
  • We do not share your data with third parties without consent

6. Compliance and Professional Use

The Service is designed to assist with HSG264-compliant asbestos surveys. However:

  • Users remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
  • The Service should be used by qualified asbestos surveyors
  • We recommend regular validation of survey methodologies

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ Asbestos App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • You may export your data for 30 days after termination
  • We will delete your data in accordance with our retention policy

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
